Located in the medical district of Roswell, Georgia, the Roswell Medical Center provides multi-specialty clinical, diagnostic, ambulatory surgery, and rehabilitation care to the North Fulton community. This 45,000 SF single-story medical office building is composed of a solid brick and reflective glass storefront system. Spandrel glass and anodized bronze mullions are coupled with this system to articulate the building's features. The raised parapet roof system enhances the accent brick details along the roof line. A generous six-foot wide plenum space has been engineered into the design to accommodate the specialized HVAC, mechanical, and electrical needs that the tenants may require. Patient drop-off areas provided at the orthopaedic ambulatory surgery center and at each of the tenant entrances are accentuated with pedestrian canopies. A five-per-one thousand square foot parking ratio is provided at the center.
