Located Northeast of Atlanta in the city of Lawrenceville, the Gwinnett Center For Specialty Medicine campus provides specialized medical care to the Gwinnett Regional community. Phase One of the Gwinnett Center For Specialty Medicine opened for patient care in June 2001. The 40,000 SF single-story medical building is comprised of clinical, diagnostic, and surgical space. While each of the medical buildings of the campus will vary in detail, the architectural features and exterior tenant identification graphics will remain uniform in each of the future building phases, to enhance the harmony of the overall campus context. Each of the tenant's main entrances is complimented with a pedestrian canopy that cantilevers from the face of the building. Ten-foot interior ceilings are also offered throughout the building.
