Ventures develops medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers,
diagnostic facilities, and specialty dental centers.
The firm has served the development needs of a broad array of
specialty practices and ancillary service providers including Orthopaedics,
Neurology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology,
MRI, X-ray, Laboratory, Dentistry and Physical Therapy. Diagnostic Ventures offers
full-service development and project management services from the initial site
selection phase to the commencement of operations.
Bert Hunecke
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Bert
attended Briarcliff High School and the University of Georgia where he earned
two degrees; Bachelor of Business Administration (Major, Real Estate) Magna Cum
Laude, and Master of Arts in Business (Real Estate). Bert entered real estate in
1980 in the Office Brokerage department of Cushman & Wakefield and represented
tenants and landlords in office lease transactions. He joined Royal LePage in
1984 as team leader of the Office Department (development representation, tenant
brokerage), where he served until 1988. Bert founded Office Associates, Inc.,
later Office Advisory, Inc., and continued his focus on development
representation, largely for medical office transactions. Bert is a founding
member of Diagnostic Ventures, LLC.
Michael H. Brown
Originally from New
Orleans, Louisiana, Michael now resides in Atlanta with his wife and
son. He graduated in 1990 with a BA in History from Rhodes College
in Memphis, Tennessee. Michael began his professional career as an
investment broker for Morgan Keegan & Company in New Orleans. He
fine tuned his sales and management skills throughout the later half
of the 1990s with Diagnostic Imaging, the then newly formed
subsidiary of PSS / World Medical. As a sales manager at Diagnostic
Imaging, he focused on the sale of medical diagnostic capital
equipment. In 2001 Michael joined Health America Realty Group, a
third party medical real estate sales and management firm based in
Atlanta, Georgia. As a senior associate, he concentrated on medical
property acquisition and deposition, landlord representation and
tenant representation throughout the southeast. Michael joined
Diagnostic Ventures in 2006.
